Make sure your package is covered if it gets lost, stolen or damaged! We are now working with a third party insurance to protect our customers who have higher value orders. This means if anything happens to your package, we will replace the stolen/missing goods ASAP.
As per our shipping TOS, we are not responsible for lost or missing mail. If you choose not to purchase our shipping insurance, you are doing so at your own risk. We will not re-ship or refund orders that go missing. Thank you for understanding.
